Day 100 – NYTimes Website Redesign Concept

Day 100: Redesign Tuesday

Brief: To redesign the New York Times (NYTimes.com) website.

For Redesign Tuesdays, I usually would incline to redesign interfaces that I have been using regularly.

Here’s my take on the New York Times website. I’ve not gone for a complete overhaul. I strongly believe in “Why fix something that ain’t broke”.

So The main objective of this redesign project was to make it visually pleasing, letting the user understand what’s important and what’s not.

Typography plays a huge role in websites like these. It was quite a challenge to do this one. What are your thoughts on this?
