Brief: To design a customer support overview dashboard for supervisors/admins.


Here’s a customer support center dashboard (SaaS application) to solve customer problems and issues through tickets and live chat.

This dashboard is like an admin overview for supervisors to have a look at overall support operations and report on live; realtime data.
